Anushka Sharon is an actress and Bollywood actress and producer. She is one of the most highly paid actress and has received many accolades for her acting. Nush is her clothing brand designed for women. Additionally, she is an ambassador for the brand and is also owner of numerous other brands. Forbes Magazine has featured her as well. Anushka Sharma, who was born 1 May 1988 in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh is the child of Kumar Sharma and Ashima Sharma. Her father is an officer in the Colonel (retd.) and her mother works as a housewife. Karnesh, Anushka Sharma's older brother who served in Merchant Navy is now a filmmaker. Anushka is a graduate at the Army School Bangalore. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Carmel College located in Bangalore. Anushka holds a master's degree in studies in economics. Anushka was not interested in acting, but was more interested in becoming as a journalist or model. Anushka relocated to Mumbai following her graduation and enrolled herself at the Elite Model Management, and was groomed by fashion consultant Prasad Bidapa. In 2017, Anushka was the first model to debut for the designer Wendell Rodricks's Les Vamps Show at Lakme Fashion Week and was chosen by him to be the finale model at the Spring Summer 2007 Collection. Anushka has worked with several brands since she made her debut model during Lakme Fashion Week. The contract of Anushka's for three films under Yash Raj Films was completed with Band Baaja Baaraat.
