Shawnee Smith (born July 3 1970, 5 feet tall"3" is an American film and television actress and musician. Smith is best known for her role by the name of Amanda Young from the Saw films as well as Linda from her role in the CBS comedy Becker. Smith was a member of the metal group Fydolla ho, with whom she toured in both the United States and United Kingdom. Smith is also a part of Smith & Pyle which is a desert-country rock band made up of Missi Pyle. Shawnee Smith, the second daughter of Patricia Smith, an oncology nurse and Jim Smith former US Air Force pilot and financial planner, was born at Orangeburg South Carolina. When she left South Carolina, her family settled in Van Nuys California. Her mother was married for 8 years after her divorce. She attended Ranchito Avenue Elementary School in Panorama City Los Angeles and Madison Jr. High in North Hollywood. She graduated from North Hollywood High School, North Hollywood California in 1987. The live performance of Rachel Death Let Me Do My Special is currently touring in spring and summer 2023. In the year 2019, Rachel sold out Radio City Music Hall in her show Crazy Ex-Girlfriend: Live as part of a multi-show tour. She also appeared in her own solo tour entitled What's Going On in My Life? The tour included a residency for one month at Just For Laughs.
